Dr. Sameer Ohri, MD has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, and has been a Hospice Physician for decades. He is affiliated with medical facilities In Corona and Hospitals like Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center and Southwest Healthcare Corona Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Wiguna is a hospitalist of Prime Hospital in Orange County, and also has an MBA from UCLA. He has a strong affiliation to OC Skilled Nursing Facilities.
When not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his 3 kids in Disneyland or playing golf with colleagues and his wife, Dr. Tiffany Wiguna. Making steak is also one of his field of expertise!
Luis has over 20 years of experience in hospice care and has an in depth knowledge of it’s each department. Once a CNA, LVN, RN, Admission Dir., DPCS to Exec. Director. He has done it all. When not guiding his clinical team, Luis enjoys Disneyland, attending Sports events or playing golf with collegues.
Ana has been in the health care for the last 10 years, she started off as a CNA, and worked her way up to becoming an LVN. Ana was once a Wellness Nurse Director of a prestigious well-respected RCFE in North Orange County.
She started hospice as a field skilled nurse four years ago and with her keen attention to details she got her promoted as a QAPI Coordinator, to becoming Assistant Director of Patient Care Services.
She has two kids and when not with them, she spends her free time watching Sporting events, and going out to see movies with husband and friends.
Juliana has been an LVN for the past 16 years, she has worked as a School Nurse for Medically Fragile Children, Pediatric Home Health Nurse, Alzheimer''s Unit Nurse, Skilled Nursing Nurse and Case Manager, Marketing Director and Admissions Nurse.
For the past six years Juliana has been working in Hospice as a Clinical Liaison helping patients and families understand Hospice.
Juliana is also a certified CPR instructor. In her free time Juliana enjoys spending time with her four children from taking them to baseball and volleyball practices/games and traveling.
Daria has been in the health care industry for over 30 years. Once a caregiver, medical assistant,Phlebotomist, Case Manager, Hospice Admissions coordinator, Hospice Regional Manager, SNF Director of Business Development.
With her lengthy years of health care experience now she has found her calling in helping families during the most difficult time of their lives. As a Clinical Liaison, she fell in-love being an advocate for families and patients.
Always eager to help and learn on the daily!She enjoys spending time with her 4 kids and playing board games with them during her down time.
Mel graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Manila Doctors College, passed her licensure in Manila and started her career as an ER nurse. She was once a Sr. Pharmaceutical Territory Manager of Abbott for 7 years where she received rigorous training in communication skills. She shifted her career into Home Care, Home Health, Placement, Discharge Planning Consultant and found her sense of purpose in Hospice. She goes above & beyond of what is needed to help patients get to spend their “One Last Golden Moments” with their loved ones.
When not at work, she plays golf, does water sports activities or travels with her son and toy poodle, Coco.
Lupe has been in Hospice for a total of 20 years. She started as an Intake coordinator, and went to nursing schoo at the same time. With her strong work ethics and bright personality she was hand picked to becoming a Business Development Manager of an upcoming Hospice agency at that time. Few months later, she became the best at what she does as being naturally caring has always been in her nature. She has made a lot of meaningful contributions to the majority of patient’s and families lives she helped. Through hospice, she found her desire and purpose to continuously help people during their difficult times.
Lupe enjoys being with her friends on the weekend and travels the world whenever her schedule allows with her son.
